Recently had a log burner fitted by phoenix . Found the whole experience uplifting. From the superb knowledge,and advice given in the showroom, which reassured us on our choice, to the very high standard of workmanship. The whole job was carried out perfectly. All this was done under covid rules and was the only part of a large refurbishment that any contractor managed to carry out on time, and without any problems. Can't recommend phoenix highly enough.

We had a log burner fitted by Jeff. He guided us through what we needed and hand crafted the beam for above the burner. Jeff and Kieran did a great job fitting it - clean and tidy job and so friendly. A pleasure doing business with Phoenix Fireplaces.

We got our new log burning stove fitted in July and we love it. Geoff at Phoenix is very knowledgeable and offered lots of advice. Sound advice, a fair price and top notch workmanship to boot. You cannot ask for more than that. Phoenix Fires fitted a granite hearth, surround with Art Nouveau tiling in my humble terrace abode and it looks excellent.
