Great service from start to finish. Triston and his colleague were polite, professional and very tidy throughout the installation of our stove, flue and chimney pot. They were adherent to social distancing guidance. On completion, all rubbish was removed and they took the time to explain How to get the best use out of the stove, cleaning it and general maintenance. I would recommend Phoenix to anyone. Cheers fella’s.

Big shout out to Tristrian and his team at Phoenix Fireplaces, Battlesbridge, for the fantastic fire place, fitting and after care service. After many failed searches online, the visit to the showroom to see the display models & knowledge from the guys was enough for us to place an order straight away. Highly recommended. Great shopping experience, we visiting Phoenix's showroom prior to the Covid Lockdown and tentatively chose our fireplace, post lockdown Phoenix were more then happy to help via phone with giving us more information (measurements etc.) about the fire and surround to help us make our final decision to go ahead with our purchase and install. Install took place 6 weeks post our order being placed, the installation team were great, profressional, tidy and covid secure throughout. We couldn't be more happier with our new fireplace... thanks Phoenix Fireplaces.

Fantastic job done by the team at Phoenix from the help at the showroom to the completed job, very professional and very particular which is unusual these days.
