We have to travel many hours to get to this place. We are always treated well when we have our children's appointments. They are always trying to accommodate our family with whatever they can, whenever it's possibly they have no problems with making several appointments for one day or getting them close together so we don't have to make a bunch of trips to Phoenix. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility. The doctors and staff have made a great difference in my kids life.

We were referred to this clinic by UHC nurse who thought it would be helpful with coordinated care, services, Lab, radiology(MRIs,xrays, etc...) Our experience so far has been mixed. My first in person apt was canceled due to a provider not coming to the clinic and was rescheduled. Comprehensive assessment apt was Telehealth and were moved around to different providers 3 times sometimes even bumped a month after original apt date for whatever reason. Our first intake was with Janet Nazarrio, then scheduled with Janet Evans then moved to Rebecca Anderson. Coming from Phoenix children’s, I was told her records would be collected and reviewed by, Janet Nazario. There is also a universal EMR system which records and images are available. There seemed to be an issue with records being available to specialist. When it came time for scheduling imaging. I was now told MRIs are not done at the crs clinic and no radiology lab is present other than xrays for ortho. Going to different hospitals for radiology needs is not ideal. Some of the providers are kind and knowledgeable. Trust is huge when it comes to the patient/Dr and families.

My daughter went there for 16 years and they lost all of her medical records. Now she is 25 and we have no medical records for 16 years of her life. We have tried and tried to have some thing done about this and we can’t get anyone to help us. She saw a cardiologist for a bicuspid aortic valve she was born turner syndrome and diagnosed Asperger syndrome also. We have no record of her growth hormone injections or any of her specialists because they lost her records. I have no idea What to do about this or who to go to.

Best pediatrician Dr.Nelson he is wonderful and Dr. Tequa she is the best really care about my baby girl we love her and staff is amazing.
