Been there a few times. Staff is really wierd. Pushy and the products are overpriced. They hover over you. Last night I went in with my girlfriend and we were followed by some young guy who obviously was following a used car sales script. I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he is doing what he is told by supervisors and corporate. Fascinations is so much better. They are nicer and not pushy.

Good staff, very knowledgeable and certainly know how to upsell. One problem I had was when I got home, one of my items had a security tag clipped to the fabric inside the box (which explains why the theft alert went off as I was walking out) so I had to go to YouTube to find out how to remove it.

The dude there was like a car salesmen. It was so bad I lost my libido and my partner did too. He suggested demos for things we weren't looking for, actually never inquired and he sounded like a script read on speed. Gross. Up sold us on a toy that literally has such a basic issue for being \highest top rated and the best you could get\ ugh no thanks.

I just left this store 2/1/19 and I purchased a collar with a leash and when she rang it up it came out to 29.99. I went to the dressing room because I left my license in there and when I came back she literally took the sticker off with the price voided the transaction, took the price off of the collar and charged me 37.99. Lol her name is jasmine or jazmine and she is a African American lady. Beware of this place and watch your back.
