NEW OWNER, NEW STAFF! Thought I'd never go back due to horrid guy on counter but decided to venture back and AWESOME.. The new staff (2 ladies) that work there were nothing but helpful, happy and glad to accommodate me. I'll definitely be going back and recommend you all give DVX another go!

Went here before Christmas for a secret Santa gift. The female staff member was very friendly and helpful, made me feel more comfortable as my colleague was too embarrassed to enter the store with me. She gave me good advice and helped pick an item we both thought would be funny and useful, and gave the item at a really competitive price. I’d definitely recommend to others, and would definitely shop here again.

Too Hard

Rude staff member and very unhelpful for new comers..I wouldn’t recommend it. I apologised for my misunderstanding as to where to pay, however his accusations as to “You should know better” was disrespectful and very accusing. It’s not sign posted well once coming in the side door, on where to pay. The counter was unattended. It was a guessing game what to do or how to pay and basically. I was called a liar....before I had even used the venue. I apologised and left, very disappointed. I would not recommend this place or that staff member at all. Good luck. Find elsewhere.

Went in and was accused by the guy that I wanted to go into the viewing booth for free! Went across the road to Peaches and Cream, spent my money there instead!

Had a extremely rude staff member. I apologised for my part used to go weekly unfortunately you have lost a customer due to this! Owner and sister are extremely lovely people it’s a shame the same can’t be said about him
