From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and the help was amazing! The assistant she was great! The doctor he took the time and spoke the ins and outs of what I am faced with! He has a great spirit about him !

Dr. Moon is one of the kindest and most patient doctors I have ever encountered. His knowledge and experience are evident, but it really says a lot about a doctor when the nurses at the hospital speak highly of both his character and his skill. He explains advanced concepts in a way that are easy to understand without being condescending and takes time to listen to your questions and concerns, which he addresses with compassion. I truly get the impression that he genuinely cares about his patients, and that level of sincerity is rare. I honestly don't think I could be in better hands.

The Arizona Neurosurgery Spine and Specialists is an outstanding group of professionals, in my opinion. Everyone at this location was efficient and they work well together. This team treated me with smiles, compassion, and a friendly environment. I certainly felt they gave their 100% attention to me during my appointments. Dr. Byron Willis communicated well with me; I understand the diagnosis fully. Also he respectfully included my thoughts with regards for future treatments. I definitely plan to continue being a patient of Dr. Willis and I would recommend this office to future patients.

I have been very impressed with Dr. Byron Willis and his staff from the very beginning of my interaction back in mid 2019 through my surgical experience in August of 2019 as well as all of my routine schedule post-operative visits. They have always responded very quickly to any questions that I had either via their secure patient portal or via voicemail. I have referred several of my friends and family to Dr. Willis. He is an excellent neurosurgeon with a very professional bedside manner.

I have always had difficulty in feeling positive about any doctor visit I have been to mainly because I leave worse than when I went in because of doubt and uncertainty that I was uniquely different from everyone else. And even though I cutoff two feet of hair thinking I would be cut on my back, the doctor made me feel like an individual whose voice was heard. I did test him to see if he was listening to \ME\ & after his initial shock of my comment he proceeded without missing a beat. I left feeling confident that what I had to say actually mattered and that my life would be safe in his hands! This time, I was not just another cow in the heard, I was a person who needed help and will get it. He and his staff put me at ease and I left knowing it wasn't the end of the world and that they would make sure I was going to be o.k.
