If I could I would give the service at the ER -10 stars. So rude and no compassion. I don’t know how the doctors treated my vet friend in severe pain but one of the nurses checking him in was rude and her attitude is unacceptable. I hope you don’t get triaged by her. Good luck.

As a new resident to Philly I was surprised at how soon I was able to set up a routine doctors appointment. It was quick in comparison to Wilkes-Barre PA. Enrolling was easy, even if the wait was long; and Mary Verderame is an excellent nurse practitioner. She listened, was patient, and comprehensive with her care of me. To note, each staff member of the different departments I saw was helpful and courteous.

Dr Coslett (neurologist) is a great doctor. His compassion is rare to find these days. He was thorough and easy to talk to. He actually listened to us! His staff was very efficient and kind. I'm so happy to have been referred to the VA hospital.
