My husband was in the Emergency room and the valet closes at 6pm no one took him to the parking lot where his car was. They do not care about the well being of the patient. I might let the news know about this .
Respiratory department VA home oxygen. Employee Candy very disrespectful and impatience with veteran. Not first time incident. Hanged up the phone, Don’t even give a chance to try to explain. If you don’t have the patience perhaps it’s not the right job for you to be in health care system. Wonderful how she will be treat it when getting older or have disabilities.
I don't even know why I bother trying to get help here anymore. It's a lost cause trying to get help here. Not one health issue I've had in the last 3 years has been resolved by this place.
This is nothing about the care I received it was great!! However the doctor prescribe me Medication before treatment!! I was there for 2 1/2 hrs then went to pharmacy as he had called them In When I first arrived. I seen him type them in. I arrived at pharmacy and showed ID they informed me I had to check in before they could fill them.. so I did and set back down and a gentleman called me up just to see my ID and say twice a day!! WTF that written on the damn bottle!! And then he informed Me they can fill them Now and to have a seat!! 45 min later finally got them!! There was no reason what so ever for this!!
