The hausmaster is very rude and behaves his way. Normally, that is one of the typical behaviors of the elementary school students and I don't know what's going on with him. I wonder if he does the same to his parents and friends. I'm sure he doesn't have friends if he acts like that.

The landlord will take every deposit. Even if you clean it up then it'll be useless. Bcz goodbye is the most important thing. Neither your hygiene nor if you clean it up. Just think more than twice before you rent it. If you have other choices don't pick this one. They're cold. The hausekeeper super difficult these days just don't bother him and leave him alone. He is rude.
For international student, this place is great. Near university and not so far from city center. Have cheap price for one room with personal bath and toilets.
Best student residence in Pforzheim! Cozy place with clean facilities at every time, nicely located between downtown (20 min walking) and the Hochschule (10 min walking), and a block away from the bus stop
