(07.01.2020) 13:00 I bought today a Roland piano for 550 at your branch in Aupark, but the staff there were very unpleasant and impolite and not willing to answer simple questions about the properties of the piano. You have good prices and quality products but you definitely need to reconsider about who you put in charge of customer service.
Hey, altrough I am from Bratislava I will be writing this review in English because I want more people to hear :). Around two years ago I have visited Muziker Aupark to try and maybe buy guitar for me. I thought that it is normal when someone wants to buy guitar he needs to try and test the quality of the instrument alone. So i was \kicked\ out from the shop. A weak ago i went there with the same goal but now just to try not to buy, the stuff was amazing and patient with me and I had so good time there so eventually i decided to buy something there. I can see that they are doing improvements with their stuff and that's what its making me happy
