I just did my Christmas parcel posting this afternoon , I had quite a lot to put into boxes, staff were very helpful

The worst customer service experience ever. The staff have attitude like they're doing you a free favour. Parcels are never delivered to the parcel locker. You are forced to visit during opening hours to collect from inside, probably a tactic to achieve on sales of merchandise in the store. Often this means you have to leave early from work to receive your parcel otherwise they're quick to return to sender. Just pathetic!!!
My parcel tracking stopped here. Obviously something is wrong with this place. Staff cant be doing their job properly. Most likely behind a cupboard? Or somewhere there but no one was interested in helping me. I just got a generic reply. “ so sorry, sender can reimburse, we’ll then reimburse sender, blah blah. I dont want reimbursement. I want my parcel! Rant over

Friendly and efficient staff
I required a Rapid Service passport due to sudden decision to depart overseas within the week. I rushed up from Mandurah and was on a limited time frame, due back in Mandurah in little over an hour. I walked in photos were taken, paperwork completed, details explained. All in under 10 mins. Thank you Paul, your service and knowledge was outstanding.

Arguably the worst customer service of any experience I've had with Auspost. Paul was rude and abrupt, will not return if I can avoid it
