1 star is too much. 4 days in a row I've enquired about a service the post office website claims they offer and 4 times I've been told the \machine\ isn't working. So fix it! So you can offer the services you say you offer and not waste peoples time.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review for this place. I visited the store with my partner to get some photocopying done. Not having visited before my partner and I weren’t sure where the photocopying station was but we spotted it at the back of the store and approached. I stopped at the counter and as I took my folder of papers out of my bag (which clearly did not contain any bulky items), the person behind the counter rudely and patronisingly told me that I had to go to a different counter for packages. Why he thought any adult would walk up to a non post office counter trying to mail some papers as a package is beyond me. After I started to tell him what I needed, he told me to stand to one side so he could serve another customer (and also tell them rudely that their package had to be mailed at the post office counter). I waited patiently and then started to explain what I needed: simply some A4 pages to be blown up and photocopied onto A3. Before I could even finish speaking, he interrupted me again to tell me that he couldn’t do this because the machine wasn’t working and that I should try again tomorrow. Having queued in the cold with a condition that causes me chronic pain in my lower back and legs to be treated with such rudeness and to find out the service I required was unavailable, you can be certain that I will never be visiting this store again. Is it so difficult to put a sign up on the door/window of the store to inform people that a specific service is not available, or to show common courtesy to customers?
