I've used Permaletter twice in the past six months and both experiences were positive; prompt, courteous and excellent follow through. The first project was installing a parking lot sign. The second involved coordinating a timeline with another contractor and they were on the ball. Another job well done. I will definitely use them for future projects.

I needed a graduation sign quickly and thought my only option would be online. I decided to try locally first and I’m grateful I did! After requesting a bid through their website over the weekend, I heard back promptly on Monday morning. The cost was very reasonable, they were professional and personable to work with, and we picked up the sign Friday. Bailey did amazing work on the design. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with Permaletter! The correspondence was consistent and enthusiastic. They worked with me and coached me along the way to ensure I got what I needed in the finished product. I feel they went above and beyond from beginning to end. All in all it was a smooth and quick process.
Very unhappy with this business and their services. We had a business signed made and installed with this business and within less than 1 year, our sign fell off. Thank God it did not injure any customers or fall onto a vehicle and cause damages since this happened during business hours. This business was contacted and asked to call back regarding this issue on how to fix this sign and have it put back up. Call was transferred and a call back was never done but they attempted to reply via email. They are also stating due to Billing issues that occurred almost a year ago, they could not fix this issue. We needed to contact another business and address it with them l. What I’m not understanding is how is it that we dealt with this business for a professional job and not we have to handle it with a different company? To address the billing issues: we were billed for Signs to be made and installed and charges went through for both but only sign was made and install was not completed. They went back and forth with the cost and by the time all was done they still proceeded with charging for both signs made and installed but installation was never completed at the time of the payment was due. I’m not running my business with half of my sign missing and also cracked almost 70%!!!! Again, still no phone call but an email back and forth. If you hire this business, know their work is not guaranteed and they will not back up the or work and it has been less than 1 year!!! We will definitely give another business our money and let our friends know about this experience!
