First time here was positively beyond expectations. The young ladies who meet your arrival for intake are very patient in accepting your dog. They ask about your dog's nature and disposition. They explain the services to be administered. They estimate when to expect pick-up time to be. It's at pick-up that you first experience the value of the services that you and your dog have received. My dog, a Great White Pyranees, loves to be groomed, but bathing is another story. Except for drinking a lot of water, she prefers never to touch the stuff or to have it touch her. At pick-up, some two hours later, the magic wrought by these young ladies is immediately apparent. The dog's thick coat is smoothed and lustrous to the degree that it reflects the sunlight. The dog smells unbelievably good - not perfumed - scented suitably for a dog.
