This is best place ever. We are so happy we bought this house.
Truly a GREAT location with endless support infrastructure around us including; easy access to major roadways; high-quality medical/dental; parks & recreation; staying fit & healthy food options; and because of the design in Centra Falls communities we can immediately enjoy a simple/maintenance-free/secure lifestyle. Love the small, exclusive, professional community. We relocated from out of state to Pembroke Pines (this is our 4th new construction home in a row and they all have growing challenges to overcome) and we are impressed with the quality of the buildings/structure and with the response to repairing cosmetic finishes (outstanding customer care representative \Derek\ - a critical investment to build health bridges between owner and developer). The units are built solid/prepared for bad weather events, have very reasonable utility costs, and the communities are small so commute's from gate entry to your unit are seconds vice minutes. We have learned through experience which Property Owner Associations have the right business plan and we are comfortable with Centra Falls. We are very thankful to have an opportunity to consider and select Centra Falls as our home which without question is an immediate investment value for our lives while living here and for the future when we move on to our next destination. The 5 star score is fair and is based on a lot of data including looking ahead to the value of investment beyond 2023 (e.g. Centra Falls will be settled, quality governance in place, and the challenges in being a new community well in the rear view mirror). Investing here is a good decision!
