This has got to be one of the worst run apartments I've ever lived at. Maintenance dose not know how to fix anything. If you even get them to come after weeks of calling the office to address an issue. \Emergency maintenance\ call in number is BS nobody ever calls back. Hot water gets shut off randomly with out any notice, I get up early for work and their is no hot water. I tried to shower the night before but no hot water. If I could get out of my lease I would in a heartbeat!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Lived here for a year. Liked it. The office and maintenance team are friendly and good.
This place is honestly amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would! I moved in here back in February. I was hit by a semi truck in March the left me unemployed and carless for three months before I had income and a new vehicle. I was behind on rent For 8 months and they worked with me and allowed me to get on my feet till I was fully current. They genuinely care about their tenets. They’re understanding and amazing people especially Joe the apartment manager. Amazing human being and extremely kind heart! Beautiful apartments with beautiful people!!!
Stayed here for just about a year. Very affordable price and friendly property management team. Would recommend to anyone seeking to save a little money while still living in a nice home. The only issue I had was the fact that the on-call maintenance guy didn’t pick up his phone, assuming there even was an on call maintenance guy.
Legend Oaks is the perfect place to start. Their facilities are nice and clean. Legend Oaks leasing agent Raneem is incredible. I’ve heard many great stories about her but when I finally had the chance to work with her she was even more incredible than what people have been saying. She stays on top of her work and made all experiences here memorable. I would recommend anyone who chooses this complex to be on the lookout for her. I’m thankful she was able to assist my and many more families.
