BEAUTIFUL GOLF COURSE!!! For the negative comments below, let me state that the Doyles SAVED THIS AREA! Yes, it is a private course, but the land was going to be sold to developers who would have made apartments. Instead, it was purchased and made into a BEAUTIFUL golf course. No negatives here at all, the food to the course is outstanding.. BRAVO!

I'm a long-time Tampa Bay Area native who recently returned to my hometown of Belleair only to sadly find out our public golf course had been sold to a local billionaire who has turned it into his private little playground of rich buddies. It's really sad to see what the Doyle family has done to what was once a beautiful town with a nice public golf course. If you're thinking on visiting the pro shop, don't bother. You'll be escorted off the property by the local police just as I was.

Fantastic Club, course, and people. Could not be prouder to have such a historic and professionally run golf club in our community. First class. (Ms Dunn, no disrespect, but the Club is not a tourist destination, and should not be measured by its accessibility to public, but rather by service to its membership and community)
