I was so pleased with the person that placed my order and how fast the material arrived until we realized that 3 yards of gravel was delivered when we ordered 3 yards of sand!! When I called to have it corrected Brent (the manager) informed me I had made the mistake and needed to eat the cost and repurchase the sand we needed. After going round and round with him, explains I shouldn’t have to pay for the mistake he said nothing could be done. Very unhappy with the level of customer service or lack there of. We just wasted our time and money!

Came here for crushed stone after being treated poorly at The Stone Yard. So glad we did! The staff was friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions with respect! We are using Acres Edge for our current project and will be going back for all future projects as well!

Went in for mulch and screened loam. Staff was very nice and helpful. Had to reschedule mulch delivery a couple times and they were very accommodating. Need to get stone next ...wI'll definitely be getting it here.
