Barriers between staff and customers are fine and I think effective. The store is big so easy for social distancing. Not everything is in stock at the moment, but a good store for projects big or small. Staff are great!

Required some tiles which were sold out at other stores of wickes. Spoke to the manager who kindly agreed to put the tiles to one side for me as the click and collect service was not working due to low stock levels. I went to pick them up and as promised he had them on the trolley for me, the lady at the till provided good customer service as I approached and as I was about the pay the manager gave me 10% discount of the total price. Which made the hour drive less painful.
