Filiz who I have worked with in more than 10 occasions is professional, prompt and flexible with our requests and she proved to be the absolute star in emergency situations where I had to ask her to help us with inventory with only a day notice. I let a few properties so generally have to perform check in and inventories each year. Having used many companies over the years, Peek 360 was by far the best I have ever dealt with. The check in and inventory was (very kindly) booked for the following morning - they accommodated at very late notice - and the output was exceptional. Filiz Kaya was very prompt in keeping me informed of progress which was greatly appreciated.
