Fast and efficient
PDQ lived upto the title...in Dundee on business, called at 9am needed a quick print job for presentation at 10am, Emailed ahead so the job was ready for collection as I arrived and made the meeting on time. Great Service Thank you.
I've been using PDQ for years. They are very helpful and efficient and convenient for the city centre too.
I was very upset with my order. The Print quality was poor, the covers were all rough around the edges and there were even pages that were taped in and back to front. The customer service was also incredibly slow, and sleepy while in the Shop. When i went to complain about the quality the man was very hostile. All the orders came to over 300, which is double of what i spent when i went somewhere else for a print service after. I would never go back here as i left without work for my hand in and feeling berated.
