EXCELLENT!! I've been to a number of physiotherapists and osteopaths over the years, where one makes a repeat appointment week after week. Paul was highly recommended by friends, and I attended for a recurrence of a previous shoulder strain. After Paul's (full hour) treatment, I asked shall I book an appointment same time next week? Paul's reply \Only if you don't do the exercises I have recommended\ And that was it, I did the exercises, job done, happy body and happy bank balance :o)
