Keepbcalling all day no one answer. Try to report but no one is there.the phone just keep ringing no one answered.

We went in the morning and the morning lady was awesome! this was our first time using a bond. she answered all our questions that we had. called us back as promised no problems. the reason i gave 3 stars is because when we went later on that night at 7pm it was another person at the desk. not only that but, her door had got stuck right before we walked in and it was hard to open. when i peaked through the window to see if anyone was at the desk she gave us a stinking face and made a gesture with her hand for us to go away. i had to show her the documents through the door for her too see that i was there for business. never did she decide to get off her chair. the whole time i was there she had attitude all the way and never got off her personal cell. the moment we had a question she would roll her eyes and answered us like we were stupid. for next time if i'm in need of a bails bond i think i would have to think twice about going to this place.
I went to the building around 11pm to try and bail someone out. I kept calling and no one answered. Kept calling till 2 am and no one answered..
I love this place never let me down so far so i give her a five star keep up the awsome work..
My father had a 500 dollar bond we went through pasadena bail bonds to get him out everything was good and went smoothly. His court date was 5/11/18 and he checked in on monday 5/5/18 like he was suppose to. On 5/10/18 the pasadena bail bonds revoked his bond a day before his court date and then continued to blame the court for resetting his court date for an earlier date of 5/10/18 which I know the court would not reset the court date for a earlier date. The woman at pasadena bail bonds told me all my dad has to do is not go to court with out his lawyer. But no mention of what would happen if LPPD decides to sever the warrant today or if he got pulled over coming back from his lawyer. Not to mention this first court date is a plea hiring and most people dont have lawyers at that time. Over all choose your bail bonds man carefully because there mistake could end up with you in jail or with a warrant out for your arrest.
