They sold me a second hand Rustler 260 for R15,000 with three months guarantee. They promised it would be like new with a new clutch, water pump and new battery. It broke down 5 times in 2 weeks. Each time I had to wait until they found time to collect it. The "new" water pump, the oil and antifreeze all started leaking on one day. I asked for my money back and they refused. Madelaine rudely said that there are no refunds and pointed to a new sign that had just been put up. Hello these people do not even know the law as I am entitled to a refund. I also gave them my mini quad to fix which was given back to me in pieces. As part payment I gave them a set of brand new school uniform. I eventually got the uniform back minus the jersey and found they had put in old uniform in the bag.

They try to help but somewhere there is a miscommunication or something. We ordered tyres for motorcycle and it came as expected but on asking to get prices for spares 2nd week in May 2018, we are still waiting and its now 10 June 2018. I have a ton of respect for Tom's father but this is sad to receive such service.
