Amazing service. They even lent me a bike whilst mine was being serviced to avoid a hefty taxi fare. Even got to choose from the showroom!!

Just picked up my tiger 800! Fantastic service from these guys! Sale wasnt forced whatsoever, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed environment. Arranged a test ride with no issues and once happy with the bike a very quick and easy sale. Super happy!

Just watch, whilst you are waiting, (we had a short wait) the service, attention to detail, and customer care. You don't see or get that level of service in many places at all these days. Well done.

I was on a ride out when my 765 Street Triple clutch started 'sticking', I thought it was the clutch cable so went into Lings to see whether I could buy a new clutch cable. When the parts guy saw that my bike has less than 2000 miles on the clock, he said he would get the workshop technicians to have a look. He wheeled the bike into the workshop straight away. Turns out it was the clutch lever retaining bolt which was self tightening, this was causing the clutch lever to stick in its housing, the technician sorted the problem in about 5 minutes. When I asked how much I owed, I was told nothing and have a free coffee as well. Now if this isn't top service I don't know what is, so much so I booked my bike into Lings Essex for a service 2 weeks later, I would never have used the previous owners (Ongar Triumph), but as I was told Lings had taken over this shop recently, I was more than happy to use them. Top work guys, thank you.
