Considering that closed my account 5 years ago after I made a special trip to the Brook Rd. branch to speak to a manager. I know you're a small credit union but you should still be able to process simple banking procedures. Like cashing a savings bond. I was told that you could but that I would receive the funds over a period of time. I have never heard of this. So I walked down the street to Wells Fargo and even having an account they processed the payment in full. Needless to say that I opened an account on the spot after they took care of the bond. There were other issues but this was it for me.

I’ve been a member of The Richmond Credit Union for over 35 years. About 5 cars later and consolidation loans, they’ve been there to help. Ms Lois, Manager has been there as long as I’ve been a member and I’ve always appreciated the knowledge and experience she and her staff have shared with me through the years.

do not use this bank! they will steal your money! I had a small savings account that I had not used in a while because it was mine and my mothers. my mother passed away and i didn't add to the account so they took 10 a month out of it for \fees\ until it was almost completely gone. why do you need to charge fees for a saving account to just sit.they even took extra when i closed it . never had a bank do that! would not recommend this place.

The tellers are very nice and the location is convenient. Easy to stop in and make deposits or withdrawals.
