The road to the main trailhead was closed but there is a small amount of parking available if you want to walk the extra 2km. The snow on the trail was quite powdery so snowshoes were very helpful. Some icy sections as you get closer to the viewpoints but easy and relatively flat otherwise. It was beautiful in the snow. About 9km round trip with the added walk due to road closure.

The trail is well made, and while it wasn’t raining during our visit, I think you would be fine on this trail if it was. It’s quite short and not too much incline. Definitely not something you can do with a stroller though. The falls are amazing, and a must see if you’re passing by the area. Really worth the time.
Very beautiful place, must recommend. Very easy hike. Once you reach to fall keep goin down and u will be able to go to river side.
This was a fun and relatively easy hike. The waterfall is magnificent to watch but may be smaller than some expect. I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to see it but it’s a nice stop if you’re in the area and have time. I stopped by while waiting for a rafting trip nearby. Please note that the 1.2km distance is to a viewpoint where you can see the falls. However, there are unmarked paths that take you to the base of the falls. Those are much rougher and probably another km or so.
A wonderful place. Nice and easy hike and a spectacular scenery. Highly recommended
