Essential Barber co.

I have been trying to get my absence from school excused due to the Covid 19 protocol and I have yet for anyone from this facility to help me in any sort of way just to send *1* fax !!!!! This is unprofessional and in these times of hardship a very bad look on behave of this medical center. For every day the Parma VA does not do their job , I am being charged extra for my schooling.

Was scheduled for an eye appointment. I received a call regarding video appointments a couple days ago. They are pushing for non in person visits I asked about upcoming appointments because my original eye appointment had been changed. I was told about an upcoming lab appointment but not my eye appointment that had been changed. I did not get an email which I am signed up to receive, no call, no mail notice. As a result I missed my appointment that the facility changed. I received a call that I missed and needed to reschedule they rescheduled me for Oct. then immediately called me to tell me because I missed an appointment they changed and did not notify me. That they have to cancel that and can’t be seen until March. Not only am I going to put up this review but I plan on filing a formal complaint.

I had to register as a patient after moving back to Ohio. I was helped by Tracey. She was extremely friendly and helpful and I was in and out in less than 45. Great experience!

Had an appointment, Care Giver took me down stair for X-ray but forgot to order said x-ray. Care giver sent me a letter that states (The results of your recent lumbar spine x-rays are enclosed, share with pain management) all i got was a letter with no results. So i will have to call them on Monday and you know how that goes.

They really helped my Navy buddy. Parma; also is a beautiful place.
