Used this last summer. By far the worst experience of my whole entire life. For this reason I'm never hiring a car in Spain again. I pre booked the parking months in advance, when I arrived there were no reserved spaces and I was asked to dump my car behind a block of cars 4 or 5 cars deep. The staff wanted me to leave the hire car keys behind overnight... what an absolute joke! It was chaotic and disorganised, they wanted me to pay twice when it came to leaving despite pre-paying. Avoid, there are much better much more professional underground car parks within 20 minute walking radius

As you will read throughout the reviews, the attendant here ( Mahoud...sp?) is great! Speaks many languages. He will offer pay in advance to save big . He is a tourist ambassador for Barcelona!
