Ordered on Deliveroo. Really close to our place, but still arrived cold, but especially was really terribly cooked, all of it. Heavy and non juicy burger. Jalapeno poppers are more like cheese poppers, with no jalapeno taste. First and last time.

Pulled pork sandwich is a must! The burgers are incredible, one of the best I've eaten in Paris. The portion of fries is very generous. Staff is efficient and friendly. The atmosphere of the place is charming and welcoming.

Great food but HORRIBLE SERVICE. Such a shame, with the new PNY with a beautiful modern design why do you need to wait 45 minutes for a hamburger? If this restaurant is trying to imitate any restaurant in New York that sells hamburgers (such as Bareburger for instance) these dudes need to get organized. We went as customers on one of the very first days. Ordered and waited 45 minutes. The burger was excellent, but not as good as the bistro just next door \Le Chat Bossu\. Also the French Bistro you order and in a maximum of 10 minutes even at the same busy lunch time the burger arrives. Yesterday tried to order a takeout burger at the same PNY. FIFTEEN MINUTE WAIT! In most NY burger joints that makes the burger free. Answer of the barman \We are in France\. Well then don't call your restaurant Paris - New York I'd say. Call it Paris - Burgundy for extra snail like service for what is as we all know FAST FOOD (not SLOW food). Why you may ask this ridiculous catastrophe? Because the owners put all their energy into the design and made a tiny little kitchen that would maybe serve 10 people not 60 at a time. A total failure. Want the best burger in Paris, 10 feet to the left at the Chat Bossu.

PNY is a nice burger place to go to if your craving a burger. I had the opportunity to try various items on the menu. They did not disappoint with the Jalapeño poppers!! They were soo good!! The fried chicken was really really good, but I don’t recommend having it with the peanut sauce it comes with. It overpowers the taste of the chicken with an acidic taste that is not pleasant. The burger was a decent size with generous toppings—fulfilling. The flavor was good and cooked well like we ordered. I also ordered the chips and guacamole. The guacamole was average and the chips were not the best in freshness. The inside of the restaurant is relaxing and the colors are calming. The staff is friendly and attentive. It’s definitely a place to come with friends! Make sure you check open hours, because if you just show up, they may be closed!!! They do have many locations, so check them out as well...every place is unique! That’s what’s great about this restaurant chain. Hope you enjoy it! Bon Appetite!

The decor is cool and innovative and the PNY chain follow their unique concept but in different ways. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very friendly and I got a completely different sauce on my burger than was written on the menu. While asking about this, I got no proper explanation to why. Will probably not go back to this PNY because of this, also since I prefer the one in Marais.
