If you want more red, ask for medium rare (and specify that you really want more rare!!). It’s too cooked for medium rare. But all in all okay burger (was better last time I tried tho, was around a year ago).

We tried Beyond Burger and the return of the cowboy with sauced fries. Well those were awesome. The burgers were very juicy and delicious. Staff were very kind and helpful as well. We liked the light beer they sell as well. Hope to eat other burgers one day. Thanks PNY. Love from MNY

Can’t remember the last time I had this good of a burger in Paris! Food is authentic, the decor is amazing, the service is good; I totally recommend this place. The burgers were so juicy, the bun was crispy but soft, the loaded fries were so good !
Ok burger. Quite small in size and lacking seasoning in my opinion. Was cooked as requested, medium. The French fries was not crispy and not too great overall
It was my first time at PNY and probably my last. I don’t know if it was because I was the only single table, but they were not welcoming or attentive at all. I had to wait around 30 min and raise my hand several times for them to take my order, and when they did, they seemed annoyed by it. Finally, when they brought my food, it was the wrong burger and I had to ask them to change it. As for the burger itself, it was just ok, and definitely doesn’t compensate for the terrible service. I asked for the meat to be well-cooked and of course I didn’t get it, but I wasn’t going to complain anymore. There are several better options in Paris.

Excellent burgers and their shoestring fries are so crispy and delicious! I gave 4 stars because it’s expensive at 20 euros for a veggie burger and fries. They have their own mushroom veggie patty (similar to Shake Shack’s), as well as the Beyond Meat patty. You can have any burger on the menu with the Beyond Meat for an additional 2.90 euros. Staff were friendly and efficient!
