Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed an online order on December 8th for Christmas decorations and presents. A week later nothing had arrived, and no shipment notification has been received. I emailed customer service and a week went past with no reply. Then I started calling the store. So far I have called five days in a row, and every time I am asked to leave my number and am told I will get called back. However, my calls are never returned. It is now Christmas Eve and no presents or decorations. I called the store one final time to ask for a refund and I am told I need to call back in January. What a disappointment.

A store with lot of unique pieces...ceramics are really thin and detailed (small plates and mugs around 90. I missed something cheaper :/ )There you’ll find some fragrances in candles, incenses, and some goodies from another brands. Staff really helpful :)
Beautiful shop with extremely kind staff who took the time to speak English for us. Upstairs was the most amazing, diverse, surprising array of Christmas ornaments I have ever seen in my life. All glass, fragile, and unique. The China is a bit plane IMO but the ornaments.... my god!!! And hidden in the most unique attic space I’ve yet seen in Paris.
Lovely hand made ceramics, from mugs to plates and vases. Most of the ceramics are decorated with a painted design, but they have also all white ceramics. Beside the ceramics they have a good selection of sentenced candles, essences etc.... it’s a bit pricey but the painted designs are beautiful, the ceramics as they are all handmade are looking precious. If you look for something original I would definitely recommend you to come here
Very nice and rustic chinaware that are certainly not cheap. The store itself is worth a visit, almost breathtaking! I can only wonder how old it must be. They also have a rotating collection of all kinds of small and cute stuff for your home, like japanese incense. Also their own incense collection is good. I really like visiting this place, truly recommended!
Such a nice store. Especialy the 1st floor with all the glass ornaments (I was there in november). I will return, if or when I come back in Paris.
