I can't believe I haven't left a review for this place yet as I've been coming here (and their previous locale) for some years now, but after today and the experience we had at the drive thru I thought that I should. They got me my large order pretty fast and made sure we had everything we needed before we pulled away. And of course the drinks were absolutely delicious, as were the pastries. This place has always been good to me and that's why I've kept coming here year after year.

Very clean and safe environment due to the pandemic they are being very cautious and you can definitely see the adaptations they’ve made to stay safe and keep customers safe.
I really want to give this place a one star but I’m going to be generous because this isn’t usually happen but I waited 35 minutes in the drive-through for one drink they need to move a lot faster I see them talking inside all the time and they have all this food and drinks behind them and don’t have my drink ready. This is a drive-through not a park and wait for half an hour they need to park people whose orders are big And just got faster in general so disappointed and bothered tonight did not end well.
I just went today. Got an horchata frappe as usual. And I thought I was tripping but it was disgusting I tasted my cousins and it tasted good So I think they put expired ingredients in mine. I can feel my stomach churning right now it was disgusting
OMG this place is so good especially the concha bred with vanilla ice cream with walnuts yummy and let's not forget iced horchata coffee so delicious
