We've had excellent food a few times but their service is awful. Since opening it's been slow, and uncommunicative, whether in person or for delivery. The final nail in the coffin for us was we ordered last night around 8:30 when the store was till open via Just Eat. Come 10 the food still had not arrived, we tried to call with no response and in the end had Just Eat refund us directly (they also tried to call and could not get through ). Such a shame because the food is excellent and there isn't another restaurant like it for miles but you just never know if and when you'll actually get your order.

Cool restaurant. Staff are friendly, but don’t really know what they’re doing - they have no idea what they have and don’t have. Cakes taste good and look great. Great drinks selection.
Ice cream is lovely, and the hot waffles with toppings are great too. However the fresh cakes fell flat for me, seemed dry and not very fresh. However service was friendly and helpful.
Well the pudding itself was ok but unfortunately I felt like a bit of an inconvenience to the staff. We arrived to the restaurant straight after a fantastic meal at Frankie and bennies for our sons 15 birthday where when greeted at the door by a young lady when we heard from behind the counter make sure this is the last one. This was at 20:25 when they advised they are open for full business till 9. We entered dubiously feeling rather uncomfortable and were shown to our table. This unfortunately meant all of our party felt we needed to hurry our order and rush eating the desert when really we were a very pleasant relaxing evening after all the stress of recent events. I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone who is not in a rush to eat and run mood.
Waffles were huge, staff friendly but perhaps a little inexperienced (it's still quite a new shop). Went at a fairly quiet time so didn't have to wait for a table. Menu is huge, plenty to choose from,wood go again.
