I am calling the office for help as a woman for OBGYN care. I am having a terrible time recovering from a 9/2018 hysterectomy, I need the office to reach out to me please. Thank you staff, office of Dr. R and Paradigm Hormones. I look forward to being seen.
I have never seen the doctor. I don't mind. I only use this place for low-T therapy. Andrew and Felicia are terrific and never fail to spend as much time as I need just answering questions. I asked for clear, direct communications and they both deliver. In my experience, the service is personal and custom. The working crew here is great. All the gals giving shots are super friendly, gentle, and quick. I rarely wait over 5 or 10 minutes even on busy days. I've had some issues with billing and getting phone calls returned, or the rating would be five stars. All issues got resolved, but they were repetitive for a while.
