If there were 10 stars for ratings, I would give them 10!! Very accommodating, knowledgeable, informative, helpful and KIND!! I always talked to Cindy and she is a breath of fresh air!! She helped me beyond my expectations and I really appreciate such GREAT customer service!! The people that brought out the 30 yard dumpster were very accommodating and respectful of our property!! We will be using their services again!! Thank you to all of you at Gerken Rent-All!!!

If I could I would give them a negative star. We called about renting a telehandler for the weekend and they told us 250 well we picked it up on Friday and used it for 8 hrs then dropped it off Monday morning right when they open and they charged us for 4 days because of Sunday and Monday. Turned out to be 900!! Will never be back, wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. Horrible service.
