A business run purely out of self-greed and the benefit of dodgy suppliers out to rip off customers - this lot have no scruples, morals or integrity - avoid at all costs. Nil support through Covid, they've clearly not read the Treating Customers Fairly section of the FCA rule book - Just awful. Deserving of nil stars but posting demands at least 1

We’re a restaurant and asked for a payment Holiday due the COVID 19 only to receive a email with How do you plan to open and when do we plan to Pay! bank statements, Cash flow, future booking, event there No help what’s so ever Advised to take a loan Out really I’ll ask the same question back! why don’t you take a loan out to cover it all , As we don’t know what is going to happen tomorrow. We don’t run our business on a Crystal ball Apparently because were still opening for takeaway it’s fine our kids can teach there self look after there selfs And we’re Not aloud to be on furlough really we Should deal with this and make payment when we return back to work they must be above the Law! Furlough means you can not work so there also encouraging people to break the law. Discussed with their company

This company are a disgrace. We have a telephone system agreement with them and since Covid-19 we have lost 90% of our business and requested a payment holiday as we cannot afford them right now. I emailed them on 23rd March and still to date I've not had any response from them. (it is now the 22nd April). I've emailed on many occasions, been promised a call back but still nothing. You cannot get passed the gatekeeper to speak to the dedicated Covid-19 Department. Absolutely shocking, so much for supporting each other right now. #weareNOTinthistogether
