Loan officer rude and unprofessional. I received 2 tampered envelops, both envelops were rip opened and resealed. I even sent them an email with the conditions. The loan officer that sent those out doesn’t reply to my emails nor filled up a complaint form to An Post to investigate my opened letters. It has to be done by the sender as per instruction by An Post. Mind you, these are confidential as its my loan credit agreements. Was it An Post fault or the loan officer? Why won’t she fill up the complaint form so An Post could investigate my opened letters? Didn’t hear a single thing. UNPROFESSIONAL! I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very helpful and friendly. Wouldn't pass them for a loan. Nice friendly staff and very professional in their dealing.
Worse than a bank. \Loans are just based on incomes\, Absolute lies. Terms and conditions, yeah the condition is all we advertise is false. Totally not what credit unions are known for, this is a bank, without any benefits of actual banks.

If you go for loan, and have previous issues for delays in payment, don't waste your time, they don't operate community credit union like they should, total time wasters
Impersonal, offhand and unhelpful. Not what a credit union should be. They want to appear like and function like a bank. I already have a bank. All my dealings have left a bitter taste, will not be troubling them again.
