I am so impressed with the service I received from Dominic. Not only is the quality of his scans superior to what I have had done in the past but he takes the time to explain and offer guidance. I have been having my work scanned for the past few years by different companies and I have to say the difference in clarity is remarkable. He also goes above and beyond explaining a variety of choices for reproduction and showing you samples. His customer service has helped to make me more knowledgeable in speaking to any prospective customers. I went to Palm Beach Art Prints needing prints made of my original watercolors for a art show I was vending at. I had no knowledge of printing and had never gotten prints made before. Dominic saw me on a Saturday which was very accommodating since I work during the week. He was patient and helpful and explained the process to me. He gave me tips on how many I should get made and told me about the different quality that people expect at art shows. The prints came out beautiful! The paper is like real watercolor paper and they look like originals. He was quick and easy to work with. When I picked them up he was very encouraging about my talent, which was much appreciated since I'm new at selling my art and am that stereotypical young insecure artist! XD I can tell Dominic really loves what he does and cares about his customers! I'd go back to him again with any printing needs and recommend him to friends. Look no further!!!
