I would like to thank Palletised Services for their continued support over the past two years. We mainly send euro pallets within the UK. Emma our contact has been very helpful and so has Chloe. They are very efficient, pick up is very quick and delivery also excellent. Throughout Covid the drivers have worn masks within our reception and been courteous. After reading other negative comments here we as a company had not experienced any problems. Keep up the good work !

If your goods is damaged you will not be able to claim as this is one man band hiden behind the website using xyz companies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Order No. 10333 shall I advertise all emails and pictures? How you damaged our goods and our client busines!
The driver went above and beyond, the package was delivered with amazing care and care was taken to make sure no damage was done. I had a call 30 mins prior to arrival and was offered a few hours notice if needed. This company really does go above and beyond, they also beat my other quotes I’d searched for, so pricing is top

Very poor service AVOID. I accidentally booked and paid for 3 pallets when we only required 2. Called the company immediately and were told it's a common mistake and that we would receive a refund.. the 2 pallets were collected, delivered and approximately 5 weeks later I'm still chasing my refund. On each and every occasion that I call I get told it's with the accounts department and that they will process this. Would not recommend them, they're liars who never seem to be able to keep to their word.
