If I could give no stars I could. Always rude snotty receptionists. Lucky if you get a call back. 9 times out of 10, you can't get seen and if that bad end up going to torbay hospital. They don't care about their patients. Very disorganized surgery. Half of the time they don't know what they are doing.

Never had any bad experiences always kind lovely team except for this morning when a Doctor wasn't nice I I know they are stressed but I have been in pain was so worried and he was not kind when I did see a Doctor later in the day two wonderful Doctors was so kind and put my mind at rest thankyou
I would like to express my gratitude for the big support received by the staff of the surgery and in particular by Dr Manoj Madhavan. He helped a lot contacting the crisis unit during my difficult time and he regularly called me for the follow up. He was also very kind to amend my medication on the website I use for home delivery. Very efficient, reliable, competent, professional and caring. Thanks again to all
Staff go out of their way to help, both in the surgery and the pharmacy. Have been a patient for 4 years and have always had a good experience.
Would of given a 0 rating if I could. Terrible surgery. Can never get appointment with the Dr required. Certain Dr stopped medication without warning, then wrote to ask London hospital why the medication was being prescribed After 4 years of taking it. Prescriptions always missing or late. Certain receptionists have a major attitude problem.
