Needs upgrades and/or some competition. Today 3 of 8 dryers are out-of-order and third washer from the left reset mid-cycle and cost me 30 minutes. No change machine on-site. Machines are in fair to poor condition, typically several are out-order, others not excepting certain coins, and a few smell of mold. No baskets, no folding tables. Many signs treating customers like unwelcome visitors.

Very useful. Large commercial washing machine is 3x2 AND 2x50p coin. Dryer is 20p for 2 minutes. Soap powder is 1. No change machine and Sainsbury is tired of providing change for this shop. No attendant Fri, Sat, Sun. Everything worked as expected.

Extremely overpriced for what are you getting. Quality of wash is very poor, warm water doesn’t exist here same as any mark of maintenance. Machines are very often stealing your money and response from owners is always ridiculously rude. I am not even mentioning dirty condition of machines which makes me physically ill. After several months we had to decide to change and rather travel every week an hour on the other side of city where you can feel serious care of owner and machines are pristine clean! You would expect from this place much more especially because of its location but obvious greed burns it all.

This is the friendliest launderette in Oxford. The machines are (usually) kept in good order and I've never had to queue for one. There's usually someone available to get change from or to ask for help. Self-service prices are about average for Oxford: small wash 5, big wash 7, massive wash 8.

I agree with Nixe’s review if you scroll back. The owner clearly has no customer skills and instead of calling reviewers nasty, she could try to learn from them and improve. Today I was treated to a most aggressive display because I wanted to know why the large machines did pre wash & main wash simultaneously. The whole cycle only lasts for 35 minutes for 8.00 on the largest machines.1.00 for 10 minutes in the tumble dryer and if you don’t check there’s a light on the machine and put the money in, you don’t get it back, unless the owner happens to be there which is hit and miss. There is no notice about the time to cost ratio on the walls which are covered in unhelpful notices and no sink to wipe out the muck that collects in the powder dispensers.
