We had a University event there on a Saturday evening. The place was industrial, but it's versatility allows creating unique atmosphere. It can host a few hundred people. On the other hand, the neighborhood is pretty sketchy.

Had our work holiday party here . It was a great venue, but not the best to get to via metro.
