I had booked appointment which was supposed to be Thursday 4:30pm, had arrived 8 minutes early. Hairdresser was finishing up with client which was ok cause we had arrived early. A lady had arrived after us, the hairdresser had just finished cutting a lady's hair. Then she turned to me and my son and said I've just got to colour the lady that arrived after us her hair I'll be 10 mins do you have something to do so she could colour this lady's hair. As she said that I had noticed she didn't have no eftpos I said I'll go find a atm machine all good but the lady that had just finished getting her cut she looked at my son and me gave us the ugliest look out. Just felt uncomfortable in this salon, I had booked for 4:30pm not 4:45 or 5:00 and had arrived early and then for her to say oh I'll be 10 mins but we all know it would've been more like 20 mins. Unprofessional time management is very poor, funny thing I had spotted a hair salon 5 shops down when asked if I could get my son in for a cut she was nice and asked what kind of cut cause she did have a 4:30pm booking but lucky for us they were running late and she squeezed him in and my son's cut took her only 6 mins and she did an awesome cut he was happy with it. Will not be going back to this hair salon, will diffantely be booking cuts for my son at the salon down from use..
