They care about my cats and are very thorough. The nurses over the phone are knowledgeable and accommodating, especially when the issue is urgent. I have never had trouble getting in on the same day when something unexpected happens. They don't mind the many questions I ask, and try to save me money where possible.

We had a lovely stay dog turn up at our house after a storm. Ourimbah vets were great, they said to bring her down and they checked her for her micro chip and contacted her owner. Many thanks
Excellent clinic. Great team who have always been great with smallies and equine. Compassionate, knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind and affordable. Have always been happy with the treatment my cats and horses have received here, Dr Annabelle is absolutely fantastic and I have also seen Dr Kate who was amazing as well. Lovely support team at reception and nurses as well. All in all excellent team of vets and nurses who do a great job looking after your animals, highly recommended as my most trusted clinic on the coast. Thanks for all you've done for our animals guys, you're all very much appreciated.
The staff at Ourimbah Vets were amazing.I had to have my furbaby PTS. They allowed me to take my time, to hold my baby girl, before, during and after the procedure. It was done so respectfully with compassion and understanding. Thanks to Georgia and Lee. They got me through a heartbreaking time. Sincerely grateful.
Ourimbah Vet has been there for us over the last 6 months with our beloved German Shepard family member (Naveen). From A TPLO through fighting infection (with an elderly dog), the care of the team has been amazing. Through Covid our business struggled financially and yet the team there made it easy, offering payment plans and advise. Finally in the end (for our main man), his spleen and internals shut down - this brings me to the real gold of Ourimbah vet. Our Gorgeous Vet sat with my wife and I for an hour, discussing all the final probabilities, as we laboured with the loss and indecision. All the time wearing a mask and being so professional. She really was the light in our darkest hour. Yet still .....Two days later I ran into her (she was in her civilian clothes) at the beach and without the mask, the recognition was hard to determine (to a point where I feel embarrassed). My point is; These professionals help people through terrible situations daily and in the end there can be little or no recognition for the hours of laboring attention they offer. This review is that recognition - I thank you, my family Thanks you for being there for us. If you read this review, know that we are forever grateful to Ourimbah Vet

Always take great care of our dogs
Excellent i moved vets when my two vets retired and travel from Woy Woy to them. I have found them excellent so much so my dog wants to jump out and run inside to them. No not away we get out and on the lead he still runs to them.
