We had an excellent experience, we are new homeowners and we ran out of oil, we called 3 other companies and no one was able to come on the same day we called. Then I called Orlando Fuel Services, explained the situation, and they had incredible service someone showed up half an hour later and solved the problem, very satisfied with their services. I have been using this company for many years. I call say I need oil, is tomorrow ok, sure and it is delivered. I have never had an issue with a no show. They are courteous, and reliable.
We have used Orlando exclusively for the past five years. Their prices are always very good, and we have had nothing but outstanding service. We had a problem with the gauge on our tank for a while, so on more than a few occasions called right as we were running out, or had already run out. They always have responded immediately, and both their office staff and drivers have been more than responsive and understanding when we've been in an emergency situation. We recommend them highly.
