no problems with the md's providing service. The outsourced billing office are not very unhelpful. I had a claim from 8 months ago that they sent my claim to the wrong ins, it was denied \ coverage terminated\ . They refused to rebill to the right ins because they were denied twice by the wrong ins. they will only bill twice. They would not give me a copy of my claim so I could bill it myself, only a summary which can not be processed as a claim. After MANY frustrating conversations with them I had to have my insurance rep call them. Extremely poor customer service skills. I don't think they had any concerns because I paid my bill due to collection threats! I have dual insurance, I shouldn't have to pay a thing, but I ended up paying with loss of sleep and frustrating days after conversations with they customer service reps
