We came down in spring of 2018 to visit friends that purchased a mobile home in 2017! We met the managers Tom and Brenda Brady and being all from Michigan we hit it off! They were very helpful and make this place feel Like home. Another one of our couple friends purchased in 2018 and then us in 2019. We love the park and it being a park that financially allows for us to be snowbirds! The friends we have made in this park have created a family atmosphere and makes it easier for us to leave our families that can’t be with us behind at home while we start to experience what full retirement life will be like! Again Tom and Brenda Brady and most of the residents here are the main reason why we chose this community! If they ever consider leaving this neighborhood I would go to because we were drawn here by their friendly spirits.

Since New Management: Tom & Brenda Brady arrived, park has 100% improved from clubhouse, pool & grounds to park presentation. We are very happy here & have many good friends in the park.

Great place to live, as Snowbirds we found friendly neighbors, great Social Club, park kept neat and clean and Managers couldn’t be nicer and more helpful...want to make this a permanent place to live
