Doug ,Logan, as well as everyone we associated with at the dealership was very kind, courteous, and helpful! We are very thankful we were able to experience the purchase of our Brand new 2020 Traverse with Reynolds of Orange, VA. Doug and Logan were quick to answer any questions we had with a credible response and background of knowledge, due to years of experience. What we liked the most was how they were more into helping us save as much money as possible, rather then how much money they could off of us. This dealership is like no other when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. They are top notch!! We went to this dealership specifically for a car they had on their lot. After the test drive and meeting with Doug, we were set and knew we had to leave with this car. The guys were so helpful in finding the best rates and deals possible, as well as saving us money with offers that we were unaware existed. Our experience was beyond great. Randy worked us through every concern and question that we had, made sure that the car we wanted was a good fit & explained every inch of the car to us. Lynn did a great job making sure we knew every small detail, explained the financial side of things fully & made sure we didn’t leave the dealership without the warranty & “extras” that we needed. Everyone who we came in contact with at Reynolds was so very welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable & felt at home.
If you're in the market for a car, you cannot beat Reynolds. They offer vehicles at a fair and competitive price that, at least in my experience, could not be matched by other dealerships. I purchased a brand new Subaru Crosstrek 2 weeks ago and my experience could not have been better. My salesman, Jermaine, was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I wanted. No one I met was pushy or overbearing and they just made the process simple. They beat every other dealer in terms of price and even offered great incentives for financing. This is truly a family business that lives up to their claim of superior service. In fact, my car-buying experience was so amazing that both of my parents decided to buy from them as well. They are truly the best dealership that I have ever worked with and I will continue to go back to them for all of my service and maintenance needs.
