Avoid if you want to actually get something done. Paid 150 to a friendly Business Development Manager to book a consultation with Mrs Robina Shah. Robina was late for the initial phone call and seemed preoccupied, but my partner and I decided to go ahead as we were working on a tight deadline and Robina seemed knowledgeable. A few days after the initial call, we received an email explaining next steps and requesting full payment. We expressed interest in moving forward and wanted to arrange another quick call with Robina to clarify some things before signing on, but we never heard from her again. After several ignored emails and unsuccessful attempts to book in calls, we decided to look elsewhere. Scary to think what would have happened if we paid the money and been ignored by Optimus Law like we were. The good news is that there are plenty of other law firms in the area...
